Owner Operator

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

• Must own a truck.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
• Proficient in English communication.
• California drivers must have their own LLC; drivers from other states can operate under the company's authority if they don’t have one.
• Operators are required to pay an escrow of $2500 at $150-$250 weekly until completion, which will be refunded after 45 days of leaving.

Work Schedule and Operation:

• Safely and efficiently operate the truck to transport goods according to customer requirements.
• Choose loads and miles based on individual preferences.
• Complete both Regional (Midwest & South West mostly) and OTR routes as necessary (99% OTR trips/runs).
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding personal plans and load preferences.
• No forced dispatch – operators are free to choose their loads.

Equipment:

• Truck must pass a recent (90 days) DOT inspection at any major truck shops.
• Must cover Physical Damage Insurance for the owned truck.
• Mostly Dry Van Loads.
• If the owner-operator has their own trailer, they need to provide documentation (registration and annual inspection).
• The Company can assist with truck registrations (driver will need to cover the cost).
• Both Manual and Automatic transmissions available.
• 24/7 roadside assistance.
• No Slip seating.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Operators will receive 88% of the loads' revenue, with an average weekly income of $7k-$9k.
• 12% deduction for Accounting, Safety, and Dispatching services.
• Direct Deposit Payments (ACH Payments every Friday with the driver’s bank).
• Weekly pay is controlled by the owner-operator driver.
• EZ pass and Fuel will be covered by the drivers.
• ELD can be provided.
• Fuel card can be provided, with deductions made at the end of each week.

Orientation:

• Operators need to attend orientation with their trucks.
• Orientation will take a few hours, potentially 3-4 hours/1 DAY if paperwork is done in advance.
• All operators are required to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
